Even with my frequent visits before to Singapore and Malaysia, this was the first time that I requested for car service from Singapore to Malaysia. I was somewhat apprehensive being my first time to try and at the same time I have my family with me. I was just expecting an Innova since that was the one I paid for but was greatly pleased to see a Starex waiting for us. The ride was very smooth that me and my family was even able to take a nap during the ride. The driver was very nice and friendly. We even had small conversations along the way. He helped us with our luggage and was always all smiles. Overall, the cost of the ride was very worth it and we were very relaxed and content.

He was courteous and patient. The driver was very helpful in searching for the address. We were also glad that the same driver, was assigned to pick us up on our returned trip few days later. Driver was very helpful- we had a dual stop pickup and he was very early for the first pickup just in case. Also told us about moving around in Malacca which made our trip easier, and also pointed out recommended eateries around the area. I had also forgotten my shoes in the car- he was good to come back and pass them back to us at the hotel. Highly recommended:)
