3. Sungai Palas BOH Tea Estate

About 5 kilometers from town you’ll find this amazing tea factory. To get to enjoy the beautiful view you’ll have to climb up the hill but you’ll find it’s well worth it upon your arrival to the top. 4. Bharat Tea Plantation

About 2 kilometers from town, you’ll find the 2nd largest tea producer in the area. Featuring two tea houses within close distance, both have open air cafe’s and product shops overlooking the valley below. Other than tea you’ll find a number of local favourites like doughnuts, brownies, cakes, scones, curry puffs, Nasi Lemak, and more.

5. Gardens

The area is well known for its dedication to agriculture for produce but also for the large show gardens that remain open to the public. Tourists and travellers to the area will get the privileged of seeing exotic flowers up close like award winning roses, lavender, camellias and cactus.
