Step 2: Hop Off & Hop On Cross-Border Bus At Singapore & Malaysia Custom (CIQ)
At Singapore Customs: hop off bus to go through Singapore customs. Once done, go down the escalator to the bus bay area and take the bus to JB Sentral.
At Malaysia Custom (CIQ): alight the bus for passport stamping. No immigration card required for entry into Malaysia.
Then, the escalator down to JB Sentral and board the next bus to Senai Airport.
Step 3: Board Public Bus
Take the Causeway Link AA1 bus to the airport. You can purchase the ticket online or at Causeway Link’s customer service counter.

The bus is located at Platform No.2 inside the bus terminal and has a one-hour interval pick-up time.

3. Train To JB Airport From Singapore

Step 1: Take Train To JB Sentral From Woodlands Train Checkpoint
Purchase your train tickets in advance at the KTM Shuttle Tebrau website. This is a 5-minute train ride.
Pay SGD 5 for a one-way KTM ticket to JB. You can search the latest train schedule here. Currently, there are 13 train services daily to JB from 8:30 am to 11:45 pm.
Step 2: Take Causeway Link Bus To Senai Airport From JB Sentral
After immigration clearance at Malaysia Customs CIQ, purchase the bus ticket for Causeway Link AA1 bus from the ManjaLink and Causeway Link counter.
Go to Platform No.2 at least 15 minutes before departure. Convert your ticket to a boarding pass at the counter prior to boarding.
