- Gates at Woodlands Train Checkpoint open 40 minutes before departure and close 20 minutes before departure.

- The train ride from JB Sentral to Kulai is approximately 45 minutes.
- Kulai Train Station is undergoing reconstruction, which will be completed in 2025.
- During this period, trains will stop at a temporary station approximately 4 km away, closer to AEON Mall Kulai. Use Grab to continue to your final destination.
